This Agreement supplements the Terms and Conditions.
1. Licence grant
Serhii Bets, the owner of Apto, grants you free of charge a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Apto on your devices to prepare for driving theory exams, subject to this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app or its content (questions, theory, translations, code, design, brand);
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent the law expressly allows;
- remove or alter intellectual property notices;
- use the app or its content to build a competing product or service.
3. Content and updates
Content is updated regularly, including without releasing a new version of the app. We do not guarantee that a particular version of any content stays available.
4. Termination
This licence ends if you breach this Agreement. You can end it at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.
5. No guarantee of results
Using Apto does not guarantee passing any official exam.
6. App stores
If you download Apto from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to anything this Agreement does not cover. Apple and Google are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the app.
7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by Spanish law, on the same terms as the governing law and jurisdiction section of the Terms and Conditions.
